Deposits / Holding Fee
A non-refundable holding fee of $45–$50 is required to secure your appointment via Venmo @specialtouchmassage or CashApp $specialtouchspa. This fee goes toward the cost of your service. No-call no-shows and missed appointments will forfeit the holding fee.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
